hi there i think your products are fabulous i really do .....but what i find really unacceptable are your delivery options - i bought 2 x gorgeous animal face pencil pots recently for approx £32.00 and had to pay £6.99 for delivery (which is more than most companies charge in the first place) and then when i wanted to return one that i didn't like quite as much was told i had to pay another £6.99 to return it. This is truly outrageous - so for a purchase of £32 i had to pay £14.00 for delivery and return. When i rang to query this i was told that you were a small company - which is really not true. It really has made me consider whether i will buy from you online again. ginny
