The product I bought (bed linen) was a completely different colour from the item on the website. I am a professional photographer and have a calibrated monitor but G and G didn’t seem to think the problem was theirs and didn’t apologise. It was so completely obvious to anyone with normal colour vision that the product was a different colour from the photograph - I even sent them a photo of the product on the manufacturer’s website and it was obviously different to G and G’s photo. To be fair they did pay for the return postage but I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t own up to the fault being theirs and there didn’t seem to be a way of leaving a review on the website so other people don’t make the same mistake.
