I ordered the faux butterflies in a dome for my mum's birthday. They are beautiful and exactly what I was expecting - apart from it arrived damaged. I had ordered it in enough time before her birthday, but not in enough time for me to return a damaged piece and receive a new. One of the butterflies had fallen off its stick and the polystyrene packing was a little battered. I managed to fix it, but I wasn't impressed with receiving a damaged product, especially after spending money on the p&p.
