The first Hetti Lamp was smashed to pieces on arrival despite the packaging, this was replaced promptly. However the replacement which was sent the quality was dreadful, the ears wouldn’t screw on straight so we’re pointing sideways, the lampshade was damaged and wouldn’t sit straight and level. Appalling quality for something that was fairly expensive. As a result of the delivery policy of not being able to deliver to a safe place I had to take a total of 3 days off waiting for couriers to deliver and collect. Also disappointed with the colour as it was very cream not grey/ off white as advertised. Unless you have a very tall surface to put this lamp on you will see where it screws into the top of the shade - not a good design. I would have given this just 1 star the only reason for 3 is the staff were very helpful.
