I am very happy with the product but I am not happy with the way it was shipped as this dressing gown is £150 which is an expensive item so I expected this to come nicely folded in a presentation box but when I recieved this item from you it was just thrown in a brown paper bag so when I opened the bag it was just in the bottom and badly creased so I now have to spend time getting these creases out and buying a presentation box so I can give this as a Christmas present..
