I have ordered from Graham and Green before and the service has always been very good.I ordered the tulip velvet lampshade, amongst other items, which was returned as colour not quite what I wanted, (though I have two already, quality is good and I am happy with them) . Instructions said to phone if wanting to return by Royal Mail, and I got through straight away and spoke to a very courteous gentleman who e mailed me a postal label right away. Very happy with service and all the items I received.
