I have ordered from Graham and Green a few times, as they have beautiful and unique pieces that nobody else has. The items I have are all good quality, and well crafted. They also reguarly send me a catalogue by post (and not just email mailouts), which is great for customer engagement as you always know what they have to sell and what's new. Items are usually sent out promptly and returns are just as quickly processed and the impression I have is they take a real pride in good customer service. Would highly recommend this company!
