Recently purchased a set of 6 Peony Wine Glasses by Pols Potten. Delievery was prompt and packaging was fine (I always feel a bit nervous when ordering fragile items online but on this occasion no need to have worried ☺). Unfortunately there was a problem with 2 of the glasses in that they did not sit flat on a hard surface. I contacted Graham & Green and there was no hesitation or quibbling in arranging replacement items. Pricing is also competitive. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Graham and Green again.
