I ordered a green glass Apple ornament but unfortunately it arrived with a big crack around the item. I contacted customer services and asked if I could reorder the item and enquired about any additional charges. The next day I received a notification that a replacement was on it's way at no extra cost. The item arrived in perfect condition. I received exceptional customer service and would not hesitate to order from the website again.
