Very impressed with customer service. Website easy to navigate and order from. My lamp bases came very quickly and were packaged very well, and were exactly as shown on website. I also ordered lampshades which came at same time ( again very well packaged ). I decided to return the lampshades as didn't suit the space and the return was made very easy by the lovely lady on the phone who immediately sent me print out labels which I stuck on the boxes and took to the post office. There were no quibbles or questions. So overall a very good experience and would use this company again.
