Bought two tree ornaments, one of which was slightly broken when it arrived. It was no trouble at all for Graham and Green. They just sent another and told me to dispose of the original. I suspect it was broken in transit although everything was well packaged. Nonetheless,, the item exceeded expectation and I’m sure will be well received come Christmas. It’s rare for expectation to be exceeded but it certainly was this time.
