Only part of my Christmas order arrived as there had been a mix up in the availability of one of the items and when I phoned to query this, the Customer service was excellent. The lady I spoke to got to the bottom of the problem and emailed me later to confirm that I would be reimbursed the payment without delay. It was so refreshing to be able to easily speak to a real person and the problem was followed up efficiently. While I was disappointed that one item was no longer in stock I understood that these things can happen and was just grateful for the prompt attention.
