Just outstanding! We bought a table, and not only did we love it, the quality was excellent, but the gentleman who brought it to the house was so lovely. They took the boxes away (huge tick!) and laid it all out, ready for us to quickly build. The little details, like the hand-stamped tag on the bag with nuts and bolts, were noticed. All in all, exceptional experience!
