I have been purchasing items from this company for about 5 years. Their service is excellent. I had an exchange issue with an item that I had bought and had returned to them. My fault entirely, I phoned them direct. The item I had purchased I had changed my mind, they had received my return so I asked if I could exchange it for something similar. Somebody answered the phone straight away. The next day my exchanged item arrived! The quality of their products is excellent and knowing that if you change your mind or need to send an item back you will be dealt with very swiftly. I definately recommend this company.
