There customer service is non-existent! I ordered a bag with engraving. The embossed letters are not centered. For the price, I expected it to be high quality like they state in their advertising! Luxury quality, not even close. My 11 year old can engrave the bag and do a better job with his eyes closed. I’ve contacted customer service and am awaiting a response from them which I haven’t received.
