“This company has conflicting return policies that can be viewed here: https://www.grams28.com/pages/return?srsltid=AfmBOopjtXN10oQ3LQbUpRO6dqHSkFS79h-eesUURvwomBydXOV2d66A and here https://www.grams28.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges. They also keep changing their return policies. Additionally, they charge $35 for an item that is small light weight such as a phone case which is not indicative to what you see from other more established companies. Don't waste your time if you plan on actually seeing if you will like the product before keeping it.”

“Update to my review of 2 weeks ago. In that review I was very frustrated that they were not replying to my emails. Actually, they were but I was not receiving and they didn’t receive mine. They have definitely made this right by doing the return and keeping me updated along the way. There was never an issue with the product I ordered, it was well made but not suitable for me. I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Angela!”

“Their customer service is horrible. I have e-mailed several times to start a return but have not heard from them. Their website states I need to contact them first before sending my item back. That is impossible to do when they won’t e-mail back. Will never purchase from them again. There really is No Customer Service.”

“There customer service is non-existent! I ordered a bag with engraving. The embossed letters are not centered. For the price, I expected it to be high quality like they state in their advertising! Luxury quality, not even close. My 11 year old can engrave the bag and do a better job with his eyes closed. I’ve contacted customer service and am awaiting a response from them which I haven’t received.”

“This is an absolutely handsome and elegant folio. I was skeptical at first because of the low price, but found out there was no middle man. When I received the product and opened it, the first words that came out of my wife's mouth were, "Wow, that is a very handsome and stunning folio." The craftsmanship on this folio is beautiful and I'm very pleased with it. Finally, their customer service is outstanding. Each time I sent an email to inquire about something, I always received a response within 24 hours. Thank you Grams28! - James Matsuda”

“Best leather folio there is! From the very beginning I've been totally stunned by the quality and thickness of the leather. It does not only protect my iPad Pro plus Magic Keyboard very comfortably but it simply feels amazing. I've been using the folio in my EDC for more than a year now and both its quality and colour have stayed throughout these months. It's an absolute stunner! I can totally recommend it!”

“The products are just as I imagined. I love the quality of the backpack and sling bag that I bought! The compartments were also a perfect fit for my mobile devices and Ipad! If I could afford it I definitely would get another sling mini and a wallet!”

“I love my Grams28 114 Leather Folio. I was using just a MacBook sleeve before but I couldn’t put anything else into it. But with the 114 Leather Folio I have space for my MacBook, iPad & loads more. The quality of the leather is second to none! A+ customer service I will definitely be a customer of Grams28 again”
