“Disappointing - the item that arrived does not match my order I recently purchased a bag from this seller and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The product I received was not the one I ordered—it arrived in a completely different color (BLACK) than what was confirmed with my order (BLUE). While mistakes can happen, this was frustrating, and I feel the seller should have double-checked before shipping or provide a solution when the issue was reported. Overall, I find the situation unacceptable, especially when the seller doesn’t provide any clear instructions or a proper return process for such mistakes (for example a return label free of charge). I have communicated the case to the company GRAMS28 and requested a correction as I would still like to receive what I have ordered, but I did not get any reply from the Customer Service of GRAMS28. Having received the wrong product, I feel misled and regret making this purchase. I will not be buying again from GRAMS28 and advise others to be extremely cautious when considering a purchase here!”

“This company has conflicting return policies that can be viewed here: https://www.grams28.com/pages/return?srsltid=AfmBOopjtXN10oQ3LQbUpRO6dqHSkFS79h-eesUURvwomBydXOV2d66A and here https://www.grams28.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges. They also keep changing their return policies. Additionally, they charge $35 for an item that is small light weight such as a phone case which is not indicative to what you see from other more established companies. Don't waste your time if you plan on actually seeing if you will like the product before keeping it.”

“Their customer service is horrible. I have e-mailed several times to start a return but have not heard from them. Their website states I need to contact them first before sending my item back. That is impossible to do when they won’t e-mail back. Will never purchase from them again. There really is No Customer Service.”

“There customer service is non-existent! I ordered a bag with engraving. The embossed letters are not centered. For the price, I expected it to be high quality like they state in their advertising! Luxury quality, not even close. My 11 year old can engrave the bag and do a better job with his eyes closed. I’ve contacted customer service and am awaiting a response from them which I haven’t received.”

“Product is good quality, BUT fulfillment and delivery process are totally BAD. I’ve been experienced the unprofessional service, since I need to chase up my order for 2 times before getting any notice which I expected to get it before I aware that it was delayed already.”
