Great product, Im diabetic & find this really helps in managing my blood sugars and my appetite, However, I do fing the shipping & tracking pretty poor & feel it could do with addressing, I ordered heavier items from Germany two days after ordering my Grandma Crunch snd they arrived within three days & it took 9days for my Cereal, way too long in my opinion for such a s product,leaving that aside the product is fantastic.
