It tastes okay considering it's low carb and sugar. Ironically, not very crunchy, the cereal feels dense and does not absorb the milk the same way as a normal cereal so it always feels like you are eating dry cereal. A bit expensive for what you get, boxes are tiny. I would only consider it if it's on sale and if you are addicted to cereal like me and don't want to feel guilty about it
