I very much liked the 2022 recipe and honestly, prefer it over the recipe 3. The reason is that it seems that the 2022 recipe is 'lighter' or in other words, more volume for the same weight. I eat this as a snack and therefore prefer to a large bowl in volume than in weight.
Taste-wise, I like them both. Not really a preference.
