Never arrived. Placed an order for Grandma Crunch on 01/03/24 as I wanted to compare them against ELEAT and Surreal. Over 2 weeks later and several email to the company and they’ve still not arrived. They replied saying it can take up to 10 “working” days and to get back to them after that time has passed. After 10 days tracking still showed it hadn’t been received by UK carrier, yet they refused to start looking into it. Only after 14 did they state they’ve started an investigation. So for me, if you’re a UK buyer, I’d have to say don’t bother! Not even sure why these are advised here in the UK as they’re being shipped from abroad.
