The items I bought arrived safely and on time as per the arrival date stated at purchase. I found the actual coffee mugs that I ordered were not as fine as I have bought in the past, and the pattern is not a clear and well colored either. However this is not the fault of Great British Brands USA, but seems to be a lesser quality of work from the manufacturer. Shame as they are pricey for what you get.
