The Great British Brands have customer service at the top of priorities. When I ordered for Christmas, I gave them my address by mistake. Caught it the next day and they graciously caught it and changed it to the correct address.
Everything came wrapped safely (breakable items) and on time! I will use them again next year or sooner!
