No show walking boots said the parcel had gone missing (fair enough) claimed I couldn't re order same ones as they were out of stock but I checked on website and they were still being advertised only gone back up in price. Asked for my feedback on them, got it and replied with a condescending reply on how parcels do go missing as if I am stupid and did not realise this. My issue with them is saying the boots were out of stock when they were advertising them again on their website! If you don't want customers feedback don't ask for it cos if they don't get good service they will tell you!
