I don’t often write reviews but on this occasion actually asked them to send me a link to write a public review as their service has been exceptional. I purchased a phone case and it was delivered super fast, but I really want to praise the staff. I left a voicemail about a product query and received a call back a few hours later in addition to prompt, thorough and above and beyond friendly service via email too.
