“I recently had some confusion with a new pair of Earth Runners from Grounded Wellness. I, thought they were the wrong way round and switched them, then found them painful to wear and, based on the official Earth Runners YouTube channel and the photos on both companies' websites, I thought there was a manufacturing fault with the laces.
I contacted Grounded Wellness to explain the issue. The service I received from Lucy was absolutely first-class. She kindly explained that the manufacturer has recently changed the lacing method, so the sandals I received were correct, but the official media hasn't been updated yet to reflect this change.
As a gesture of goodwill for the confusion and blisters this caused, she very generously offered me a complimentary pair of laces, which were dispatched promptly.
It's a great sign when a reseller provides such excellent, helpful, and understanding support to help a customer navigate such an issue. I'm very impressed with Grounded Wellness and would highly recommend them.”
