Hi Patrick, thank you for your review. The instructions are included on the specifications tab of the product page on our website and are as follows:
'Simply plug it into an outlet, turn on the power and 3 amber lights will read that your outlet is grounded and ready for use with an earthing product. Any other combination of lights indicates the outlet is not grounded. If one outlet is not grounded in the home, you might consider testing another outlet. It is possible to have some outlets that are grounded and some that are not in the same home. You will need to consult an electrician about outlets that are not grounded.'

Please remember that even if it is not helping with the specific issue you were hoping for, it doesn't mean that the product itself isn't working as it should. Grounding is a very individual experience. For some, the changes are immediate and dramatic - even life-changing – whereas, for others, grounding can provide a more subtle and longer-term benefit.
