Please remember that even if it is not helping with the specific issue you were hoping for, it doesn't mean that the product itself isn't working as it should. Grounding is a very individual experience. For some, the changes are immediate and dramatic - even life-changing – whereas, for others, grounding can provide a more subtle and longer-term benefit.
It is for these reasons that we encourage customers to give grounding a try and we allow a very generous period of 90 days so that you can decide whether grounding is the right solution for your individual circumstances. “Was looking forward to using this case with my Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra. Unfortunately when fitted and tried using the S'pen the Bluetooth signal to the phone was very faint, having to tap the screen numerous times to work.
After removing the case the pen worked just fine as it should.
I have since returned the case for a refund.

“Seem like a decent company but, the grounding straps are not fit for purpose in many cases and should not be sold as such. They are (in my opinion) remiss in continuing to sell them when there are so many reviews the same as mine.”
Hi there, thank you for your review and sorry to hear you had a problem with the Erthe grounding straps. It's really tricky with adhesive straps on textured or grooved soles to ensure a firm grip, but if you clean and dry the area thoroughly with the provided shoe cleaner and hold firmly in position for at least two minutes to ensure the strap has stuck fast to the sole that helps enormously. Longevity depends on the type of shoe and the surfaces you are in regular contact with, but, typically speaking, you should expect about 250km out of the strap.
