It's still very early to tell, but I believe I am already getting benefits of sleeping in the recovery bag, I have spinal conditions that is very painful and keeps me up a lot of the night, although the pain is a bit better, it's my sleep ot has effected the most I had the best night sleep last night .
Only one draw back my dog keeps getting in with me, 😂
