as an electrically sensitive person this hoodie has been a god-send! it. I have had constant tinnitus and blocked ear which have started to clear whilst wearing this hoodie. It is quiet when I wear the hoodie and loud when I don't as it seems to reduce the constant hum of emf's so much that I wear it almost 24/7
