It's early days to see if the turmeric and black pepper mix have really contributed to reduction in my (possibly) arthritic heel pain. But certainly after two weeks I am aware of less daily discomfort.
I like the fact the company is local to me (Somerset) and they send things out in the post as well as supply my local health food shop...
I ordered online after buying it in the local shop, as my husband wants to try it out too.
As I say, early days, but the signs are promising.
