“When I first got them I was only taking one at a time (as I was also taking a PPI) to try and take the edge off any residual acid reflux but they didn’t seem to make any difference. But I kept persevering and I’ve now stopped taking the PPI and instead take two ‘cool’ tablets as and when I need them, and I have to say… my reflux seems to have been kept at bay. If this continues and isn’t just a blip I’ll be pretty happy! So far, very good. I’m taking between 2 and 6 per day at the moment and getting a decent night’s sleep and hardly any symptoms.”

“I took " Cool" a few months ago for terrible acid reflux issues, but I was waiting for an endoscopy and was on Omaprezole and didn't notice any difference to be honest.
However, I'm giving it another go as things have settled down somewhat and I want to try and ease myself off the Omprazole by taking "Cool".
I'm pleased to say it is helping now, so I'm going to persevere, I like the fact that it's a natural remedy.”
