I was really struggling with reflux at night but since taking these little beauties first thing in a morning it’s gone . My gut is much more settled , I am already on my second order and the cute little travel tin fit perfectly in my handbag for a night out should I need one on the go . Definitely recommend and an added bonus is they are natural
