This product deserves six stars EXELLENT. It has a nice taste and works on my heartburn straight away, infact I haven't had as much heartburn since taking these just over a few days and I have only taken one when needed. The best thing about them is that they are natural ingredients so I would definitely recommend buying them and giving them a try.
