I attended the 'Safer Supervision' course offered by Haland Learning on Friday, June 16th, 2023. I'm a very experienced OH&S professional and found the course to be well-designed, well-presented, and very engaging. I took this course for professional development reasons and to better inform myself on what courses in this area are offered by local OH&S training agencies. I paid for this course myself and would recommend it to any OH&S practitioner who is interested in learning about effective supervisory skills to keep workers safe on the job.
