“We have used Haland Learning for our technical safety training for over the last year at UBC. Over the years we have used numerous providers with varying success and feedback. Our experiences with Haland learning and the feedback from our staff have been overwhelmingly positive. The team at Haland have been very responsive to our scheduling needs, the course material being engaging and easy to digest, and Haland manages to deliver the content in a way that we can confirm "doesn't suck!" We look forward to continue working with Haland for our various safety training needs. The Haland team does a great job of taking the Regulatory requirements and summarizing them in a booklet that is a great resource for future reference. Highly recommend Haland as a technical safety training provider to any organization in B.C.”

“I personally have taken almost all of Haland Learning courses to be an instructor for Assured First Aid and Safety. I have also taken instrucor courses from other facilitators for programs that Haland Learning doesn't offer. I can honestly say Haland Learning is so much better than any other platform I have used. The set up for instructors is user friendly, the ongoing support is outstanding. Cameron and Nicola have a special way about them that make you feel ease and confident when you are out teaching on your own. They are always there to support and help me with trouble shooting or questions I don't have answers to. I genuinely give 5 stars, and would recomend anyone to take any of their courses. You will not regret it.”

“I recently completed the Safety Committee Train the Trainer course with Haland Learning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Both Cameron and Nicola were exceptional instructors—engaging, knowledgeable, and highly effective in their teaching methods. The content delivery was great. For the Train the Trainer segment, they did an outstanding job of covering essential tips and tricks, addressing common pitfalls, and providing strategies for handling difficult situations. “Our company has been working with Cam Hacault for over a decade. As a COR auditor, he completed 5 external audits for two of our divisions. When he started Blueline Safety, we worked with him for training our people in Fall Protection. When he founded Haland Learning, they developed a fall protection train-the-trainer program, I was trainer #002. The program is very comprehensive but easy to understand. Many trained “users” stated they’d not cover some of the materials offered in their previous training. What I have found beneficial is that you are trained to train; how to teach vs. just given a program to present. Early this year, our company has recertified our six Forklift Trainers with Haland Learning. Many of the trainers had been taught through other programs, but all said that this gave them more tools and better insight on how to train people; not just presenting content. Most recently, I attended a seminar taught by Nicola Vander Laars, business and life partner in Haland, to learn the intricacies of inspecting fall protection equipment. It was well presented. Trainees were given the knowledge, systems and tools to better inspect equipment that we have implemented immediately. Together, they have adapted to our needs, tested out different methods and have customized programs to our needs. While they have scrambled at times, the humanness is refreshing and they always make it right. I would highly recommend getting either your people trained or your trainers trained through Haland Learning.”
