My order was packed and sent to the Post Office on the day I ordered. Due to postal strikes it took a week to arrive, but that's outside of Halen Mon control. We visited earlier in the year and loved the products hence ordering some more for xmas! Packing all recyclable and not excessive - everything arrived safely.
