After my initial purchase of 500g through the subscription service I find myself using Halen Mon’s amazing sea salt in almost everything I cook and prepare. The taste and texture is amazing and brings an extra dimension to my food. I now needed a 1kg bag as I can’t wait for the next subscription delivery and it’s worth every penny.
