Once you have tasted Halen Mon's produce (sea salt, fudge, gin) you won't ever use any other product again. The taste is superb, fresh and as natural as can be. The family-run sustainable & eco-friendly business not only provides excellent service but has maintained the personel touch. The tours are fantastic.
