If we could, we'd give this 6 stars! We use it for cooking straight out of the pot, a little goes a long way and sprinkled on a steak gives just the right crunchy edge. It looks beautifully flakey and reliable in grinders for the table, and we often get asked where it's from. The large refill bags are ideal, so we are very satisfied customers.
