I took one of the lovely filled sea salt containers to my cousin last autumn on my visit home to Orkney.
He was delighted with it and used it to the very last grain of salt. I ordered another filled container and 3 refill bags of salt for him. I was there when he opened his parcel, he was just delighted to know he had enough Halen Mon salt to last him ‘for a good peedie while’. I don’t think he’d have swapped the salt for a £1m. He’ll use it well in his cooking which is just delicious.
