As the parcel just arrived this week I have not had time to try everything; however I can say that the ceramic jars of salt and pepper are very pretty and would make an excellent present. I have never really liked the taste of salt(except on roasted nuts) and have mostly cooked without it. On Wednesday I didn’t feel like cooking so I decided to make a panzanella salad; I thought I would try the sea salt with umami and can honestly say it was the best panzanella I’ve made. It was delicious and I will make it again. I have now ordered the version with chilli and garlic.
