I ordered a mixed package of Halen Môn products and have been delighted with all those I have tried so far. The Oak Smoked Water is superb (and very powerful, so the litre I bought will go a long way!); it was wonderful in a bechamel sauce for a lasagne (an Anna Jones recipe). Likewise the Smoked Sugar. Looking forward to trying the remaining goods, such as the Garlic ketchup and the Rosemary sea salt soap. Everything is really good quality, and the delivery was fast and efficient.
I will definitely be ordering from Halen Môn again!
