My husband and I from the States were taking a British Isles cruise and chose to do the tour of how sea salt is processed at Halen Mon. After the tour, we were able to sample the salt with various food items, including caramel, and found that the salt added a delicious flavor. I bought some sea salt to take home and recently ordered more as I was getting low on my supply. Doubt I'll ever go back to any other brand of sea salt. Karen Kiefer
