These are by far the best salt flakes I have tried. Superior to both Maldon sea salt and the French Fleur de sel de Guérande. I get the finer flakes as the standard flakes are too large for my taste (you get too much salt concentrated in a mouthful if you happen to eat one of the larger flakes sprinkled on your salad/meat/fish/veg etc.).
Yes, Halen Môn salt is not cheap but it really is worth it, it makes a HUGE difference to everyday food. It's like good coffee, a small luxury which transforms the everyday.
