I discovered this sea salt whilst on holiday many years ago and I haven't bought any other salt since.
The tour of the processing building is very informative and interesting and shows how it gains that little touch of sweetness.
I love the variation in flake sizes and have just started making my bacon with the fine salt.
I would highly recommend this salt and I have professed my love of it to all my friends and family.
