I took some Halen Mon sea salt in one of the lovely wee containers as a gift when I was going back to Orkney.
My cousin, who the gift was for, is a fabulous cook. He loved it. When I was back for my next visit I increased the amount I took. I now have salt sent to him annually, along with some of your ‘flavoured salts’.
He lives when his salt parcel arrives, well packed and delivered promptly. Thank you.
