Some twenty years ago my neighbour, one of Sydney's top ten chefs, gifted
me a small container of oak smoked Halen Mon. I have loved it since. When my
small container was empty I sought to replenish it. My purchase of a 500g bag
was perhaps my first online transaction. My recent 're-up', which arrived yesterday
will surely be a highlight of my year.
The joy, which I experience on a daily basis, is profound and sustaining in a world
bound for hell in a handbasket.
