This is by far the best salt and the only salt I will now ever buy. An amazing taste packed into large delicate flakes that can easily be granulated into your preferred size of flake. Without those finger/thumb injuries that some inferior salts leave you with. I can not recommend this product or company enough. Brilliant service and the hand written note put a smile on my face.
