We weren’t sure what to expect and whether this salt would really be something special…but it has a lovely flavour and we are converted! It has a subtle but distinct taste. Not as harsh as typical salt/sea salt, instead, this salt has an almost fruity undertone but really it’s hard to define. I love salt (not healthy I know, but I’m a child of the 70”s), but this really is something different, subtle but still has the hit that you need with undertones of something different. We really love this salt and will be ordering more in the future. We don’t normally complete reviews but want to support this product and its’ producers.
